Shipping and Delivery
Shipping throughout the Dominican Republic is a flat rate of 300 pesos. Orders over 2500 pesos receive free shipping.
Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days in the Dominican Republic. International shipping is available via FedEx and usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on destination and courier service selected.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Silverio Atelier is not responsible for courier delays or customs duties in the destination country.
Payments
Available payment methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery, and PayPal.
Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes. No discounts are currently available.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, refunds are not available.
Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects within the first 5 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Damage caused by misuse is not eligible for exchange.
Terms and Privacy
By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the store. Since larimar is a natural stone, slight differences in color and shape may occur.
